All products can be picked up at the store (except for items that require gift wrapping in the order).
There is no additional charge for picking up your order in store.
After confirming the order, the goods can usually be picked up within about one week. Please note that extra time is required for stocking during holidays and public holidays.

Once an order is confirmed, we do not accept requests to change the pickup location.
When picking up the goods at the store, you or the person authorized by you to pick up the goods must unpack and inspect all goods before signing the official receipt. When picking up any iPhone, the iPhone will need to be immediately unboxed for inspection and powered on. Once the official receipt is signed, requests for returns or refunds will not be entertained.
Procedure for picking up the goods at the store: When you arrive at the store, please show your order confirmation email to the store clerk so that we can arrange an express service queue for you.
Unless you pay the total order amount using online store money or a specific discount code, you may need to present the physical credit card, Octopus or AlipayHK electronic transaction record used to order the goods.
If the Observatory issues Gale Signal No. 8 or above/Black Rainstorm Warning on your reservation date, please call our customer service hotline 2155 3395 and let us arrange another reservation date and time for you.
All items sold in the online store are eligible for delivery.
SF Express is used locally - the fixed shipping fee in Hong Kong is NT$150
Please note: The online store does not provide delivery after 15:00 on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
When the order has been shipped, Hong Kong customers will receive a "delivery notification" email and message. Please click on the link in the email or message to check the delivery status.
After order confirmation, goods for Hong Kong customers can usually be delivered within about one week. Outlying islands and remote areas require approximately 3 to 7 additional working days for delivery. Please note that extra delivery time is required during festivals and public holidays. All delivery times are subject to the time provided by the courier company.
The shipping address cannot be changed after the order is confirmed.
Any delivery charges and freight charges will not be refunded.
